How Does It Work?
It's simple! To receive your bespoke Wedding Invitation samples complete and return the Wedding Enquiry Form. We ask that a payment for £10 is enclosed for two different samples and £20 for five different samples. This is refundable against orders over £200. It may be helpful to indicate which samples in the current portfolio you particularly like.
If you are unable to read pdf documents or would simply prefer to receive the Wedding Enquiry Form by post, please complete the online form below.
Within seven working days you will receive your samples (please check the wedding stationery homepage during particularly busy times). The final Wedding Invitation is created by adapting the samples to personal choice.
The Final Order
Once the final design of Wedding Invitation has been decided, you may choose to include other items of stationery, such as Evening Invitations, Menus or Order of Service to complete the set.
A sample of each additional item of complimentary stationery will then be sent to you for your approval, along with an Order Form..
Price Categories
You may like to specify which price categories are suited to your budget, or state an amount you have allowed for stationery and what it must include. It is worth remembering that categories can be combined – for example you may choose to spend more on your Wedding Invitations than your Order of Service or combine your Table Name Card with the Menu to suit your budget. All envelopes and inserts are included in the prices given.

The Serious Bit - Terms and Conditions
All designs are copyright of Biscuit Designs and it is an infringement to copy in full or in part any design.
Each product is individually handmade by Biscuit Designs. There may be minimal variations to each card.
Biscuit Designs operate on a first come first served basis. As each order is a bespoke design, sufficient time must be allowed for the fulfilment of the order. Your wedding stationery should be sent to your guests six to ten weeks before your special day. Depending on the number of guests and the quantity of stationery required, it may take up to eight weeks from completion of the Wedding Enquiry Form to completion of the order.
If the order is urgent check availability with us. Your invitations could be sent to you first and the rest of the order will be completed no later than one week before the wedding date.
When you complete the Order Form we will ask that you sign to say that you have checked the inserts for any corrections. Any alterations after this point may incur additional charges. Proofs for Menus or Order of Service may be confirmed later.
A 50% deposit (cheque, cash or internet transaction) must be received prior to the start of the production process; the balance is then payable prior to delivery.
Once we have received your order and deposit we will confirm receipt and advise you of an approximate delivery date.
Delivery and packaging to the UK mainland is included in the price. If it is not convenient for the order to be hand delivered, it is likely that Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used, which includes insurance, and a signature will be required. We will discuss the most convenient time for the stationery to be delivered. Orders from outside the UK mainland will need to contact Biscuit Designs first.
There is no minimum order amount.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all relevant permission and copyrights relating to Order of Service inserts.

We are flexible and nothing is set in stone. Biscuit Designs will endeavour to meet all your requirements to create the stationery that is as special, and individual, as your day.
