The Biscuit Designs Totally Tailored Wedding Stationery range is a collection of some of our most popular designs which may be personalised to suit individual requirements for your special day. Elements of each design, such as the colour of the ribbon, the stationery colour and text can all be chosen by you to create the perfect range of stationery to compliment your wedding theme and for your guests to admire. Behind each wedding invitation design is a whole host of matching stationery items to include Save the Date, Order of Service and Menu’s to name but a few.

Fascination is an envelope style invitation which not only invites your guests to the wedding but incorporates all of those special details that they need to know. Included in the price given is the invitation, RSVP card and wedding information card detailing taxi, hotel and gift list details. How Does It Work?
You decide how you would like to order your stationery! The order process is the same whether you are ordering samples or your chosen stationery design.
You may either -
Click on the 'Add to Cart' button below your chosen wedding invitation design(s). To review your order, or to amend the number of cards required in each design, click on the 'View to Cart' buttons positioned at the beginning and end of the Totally Tailored gallery. By ordering in this way payment is taken via a secure Paypal account.
Paypal is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, simply follow the on screen instructions. On completion and payment of your order Biscuit Designs will be immediately notified allowing quicker processing of your order. Don't forget to include any special instructions in the 'Comments' section during checkout, for example your preferred method of contact.
Upon receipt of your order Biscuit Designs will contact you, by your preferred method of contact, to ask that you complete the Totally Tailored Order Form, you may like to submit this at the same time you place your order. The completed Totally Tailored Order Form provides not only your wedding day information but also your individual requirements such as colour scheme and/or theme for your wedding day to be reflected in your Tailored Stationery as well as the opportunity to purchase additional stationery items you may like to purchase, such as Evening Invitations, Menu's and Order of Service to complete the collection. You may pay for these by cheque, postal order or bank transfer or request a Paypal invoice.

What Next?
Samples will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow up to ten working days for samples as they are individually made to order depending on your specific requirements.
If you have ordered your chosen wedding invitation design (and/or additional stationery items) proofs will be sent to you within seven working days which you will be asked to confirm in writing that they have been thoroughly checked. Once the proofs have been approved your order will take up to eight weeks to deliver.
It is the customers responsibility to provide Biscuit Designs with Menu, Order of Service and Table Plan details (where applicable) at the earliest possible date. This may be at a later date when this information is available, for example after the RSVP date.

At Biscuit Designs we don't believe in hidden costs. The Price Categories shown below include all printing costs, envelopes and even postage and packaging to the UK Mainland. Please note, all parcels are sent by Royal Mail and large or particularly valuable orders will require a signature upon receipt..

The Serious Bit - Terms and Conditions
All designs are copyright of Biscuit Designs and it is an infringement to copy in full or in part any design.
Each product is individually handmade by Biscuit Designs. There may be minimal variations to each design.
Biscuit Designs operate on a first come first served basis. As each order is a personalised design, sufficient time must be allowed for the fulfillment of the order. Your wedding stationery should be sent to your guests six to ten weeks before your special day. Depending on the number of guests and the quantity of stationery required, it may take up to eight weeks at very busy times from completion of the Order Form to completion of the order.
If, in the unusual event, it is not possible to complete an order the customer will be contacted directly. If a solution is not made, a full refund will be given.
If the order is urgent check availability. The invitations could be sent first and the rest of the order (Menu’s, Order of Service etc) will be completed no later than one week before the wedding date.
After receipt of proofs you will be asked to confirm in writing that they have been thoroughly checked. Any alterations after this point may incur additional charges. Proofs for Menus or Order of Service may be confirmed at a date after the invitations.
Once we have received the order and payment we will confirm the order and advise you of an approximate delivery date.
There is no minimum order amount.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all relevant permission and copyrights relating to Order of Service inserts.
